I am currently a student at Ravensbourne University in Greenwich, London. I am studying Music Production for Media. The range of music I listen to is huge. I think it is extremely important for composers to do this because we have to be so versatile and be able to recreate styles and invent new ones based on what the client is after. I believe this is what gives me the ability to write almost any style of music, and enjoy doing so. I know the sonic and technical characteristics of a vast array of genres. I am extremely proficient with my use of Logic, after using it for nearly 5 years. I can create and even complete compositions quickly. Obviously I like to spend my time, but it is a huge advantage to have this ability in this industry. For example, for my work on the short film 'The Answer', I have around 6 hours to start and finish the piece.
