We are happy to provide technical support and customization of our paid assets, just include the version of Unity you are using and your invoice number in the email for verification. The invoice number is in your email received from Unity Asset Store after each successful transaction.

Asset providers are not automatically notified about new review/comment in their own assets, that's why you should always send email or Facebook private message for technical support.

Because of limited resources, we do not have a Mac to upload the iOS demo of our asset for testing. As a rule of thumb, if the APK demo runs properly on the oldest Android device you want to support, it is almost certainly to work as well on the iOS devices of similar age.
