Before you begin, please carefully understand the following:
For Early Access Publishers:This new tool validates and uploads UPM packages for submission through the UPM Publisher Portal. If you've previously published .unitypackages and wish to continue managing them on the Publisher Portal for .unitypackage, this tool also supports both formats.
For Publishers Not in Early Access: You can still publish .unitypackage assets using the Asset Store Publishing Tools.
Distributed under the Unity Companion License (“License”). Unity Technologies ApS (“Unity”) grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, and royalty-free copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, and distribute the software that accompanies this License, subject to the following restrictions, terms, and conditions.
