This asset is the best, I turned a 24,000 batches scene is just 1,500, is like magic, Ian if you ever need anything just let me know,! thanks for studyng stuff beyond our understanding to ccreate this awesome tool!

I've only downloaded this asset a few minutes ago and after baking all the meshes in my scene I imidiatelly decreased draw calls from 350 to 15, like this is a huge game changer for me, I'll certainly consider buying the full version as this is definatelly one of the best assets ever.

This "free" version has no useful purpose due to the extreme limitations. It's just an advertisement for the expensive version. IMO, such blatant "bait-and-switch" is not allowed on the Unity asset store. A "free" asset must give some sort of value.
I have purchased over 1,000 assets on the asset store, so I am fine with buying the expensive "Mesh Baker" but the way this "free" version comes across turned me off. I wasted time with this under the assumption there would be some type of value, or that I could actually bake a mesh that is usable in a project. Not true.

Can drastically reduce your project's draw calls, and for the affordable price of.... fuck all!
A must have for any project and will definitely improve your game's performance. Highly recommended.

Many of the example scenes include simple scripts that use the API at runtime:
