Final IK is a one-stop-shop for IK!

Truly the best third party IK!
I use it primarily for its excellent VRIK, (a variation on FBBIK) for retargeting an animated player character to the XR headset and controllers. It has calibration that fixes incorrect rotations and scaling as well as a variety of demo scenes for all of its functions, VRIK included.
Support is also very good, with the developer answering emails promptly, as well as a small but helpful community in the RootMotion Discord.
Final IK also pairs very well with PuppetMaster, as they're made by the same developer. If you have need for IK retargeting of any kind, Final IK probably has the answer.

Great Asset, easy to get working

It's not going to do ALL the work for you, but as long as you have your character rigged properly, and set up the Avatar correctly, it'll work. I had it applied to my character and working in a few minutes and saved me from having to deal with the IK nightmare myself. Well worth having.

Missing Assembly Definitions, all code in default assembly

The asset does NOT have its code in separate assemblies, meaning the whole plugin reloads every time any change in user code (in the default assembly) is modified. It also means you CANNOT reference and depend on this asset in any code you put into its own assembly.
This is a terrible practice and quite baffling, considering many smaller and less known assets correctly follow the practice of putting their code in separate assemblies.

This asset is amazing, but if you are having any issues or problems with it, it may take some days to receive a response. In addition, they provide a discord server for "support" that you (probably) will never get any help in, as well as its completely unmoderated and full of scam links. Other than that its worth the money

The wizardry behind this asset must be something special, it makes something I would take months to do and probably give up trying, possible.
Please note : you will definitely need to follow the instructions before doing anything. They are not difficult, in fact they are easy to follow assuming you have a basic knowledge of Unity, full instructions are available by good video's and typed instructions (I mainly used the video's and this was good enough).
