My experience with it has been nothing short of amazing, its quite easy to setup and I love how customisable it all is! Heck, I'm not even using it to its full potential yet, but it does the job well!! ☺️ Every time I need a fps controller in a small project, I simply import this fps engine immediately.

I’ve been using FPS Engine for my project and overall I’m really impressed with it. The system is very powerful and well thought out, but it does require a bit of patience at the start. If you already have a decent understanding of Unity, you’ll get up to speed much faster but even if you don’t, everything is laid out in a way that makes sense once you spend some time with it. What really stands out is how intuitive it becomes once the core concepts click. After that, building and iterating is actually very quick and flexible. The biggest highlight for me is the developer support. The dev is extremely active, helpful, and genuinely engaged with the community. It makes a huge difference knowing that if you get stuck, you’ll get real help quickly. Overall, highly recommended if you’re willing to invest a bit of time upfront once it clicks, it’s a fantastic system to work with.

As we all know perfection is unattainable. But one can definitely get close to it. This asset is an amazing foundation for whatever first-person project you might be planning. It's modular and so rich in customizable options that whatever you need can be added or adapted. And there will only be even more features with time. When it does not include something you need by default, then you will get the support you need to implement anything within the boundary of feasability. Definitely recommend adding this to ones list of assets. It allowed me to do things I would have struggled with on my own...

The FPS engine opened the doors to game development for me; it's very intuitive and, along with Inventory Pro/Save-Load, provides a great foundation for any FPS, among other genres. Special mention goes to the very helpful Discord support, especially from Duow.

This is an extremely easy to use and expandable FPS base. I also highly recommend the inventory addon. Well documented, easy to use tools for items and weapons and a nice discord for support

Really solid tool to quickly get started with a great feeling fps. Lots of customization and examples, scripts are cleanly written and easily extendible. Developer is very active with support. Highly recommended.

I've been using Cowsins for about 3 years now, Its about time for a review. Of all the FPS engines on unity nothing comes close to this one right here, Everything is super simple, easy to use, and to learn from. also the Discord channel, Support or asking for help is there, plus a great community to get involved with and to see others share their creations as well. So if your wondering "should I buy this?" YES, Yes buy it, worth every penny! I'm excited to test out and see what cowsins cooks up next for the 1.5 update!

Simply the best value you will get out of an FPS engine. The creator is also active on their Discord, constantly assisting users with implementations. Cannot recommend this enough.

It has pretty much everything that you need to make your mechanics and the game feel is really good. You can go from tactical to momentum, just by changing settings. More importantly, the dev is easy to get in touch with and is constantly improving the features.

As a low/intermediate who dabbles in games..This has been so fun, the staff are rally lovely the code is great, documents top, thank you 10/10
