I really enjoy this asset. I created a world in VRChat and these assets perform beautifully for Quest users.
I really do wish that there were more assets, even a paid version, with windows and such but for a free asset I'm not complaining at all!

Open a project with the standard shader before importing. Do not open your project with URP/HDRP in a first time.

Yes you can :)
I've used it for some class projects and it's really easy to build sci-fi scenes with these!
They look amazing and they're very atmospheric.
The only thing is that it doesn't have any actual lights, just emissive materials to bake into static models. So you'll have to put some real-time lights (or any other techniques) to illuminate moving objects.
