This package works out of the box for URP rendering systems in Unity 6 as well as Unity 2022.3.
There are seperate compatibility packages for older editor 2021 users, specifcally :

The model includes controls for the ears, mouth, and tongue, allowing for precise manipulation and animation.

The following 3rd party fur add-on tools has some issues with my model:
- AddOn_NekoMew_FurryGrooming.scene (Furry Grooming Tool asset required)
- Known Issues: There are two floating furs in front of the model after applying as of Unity 2022.3.13
- AddOn_NekoMew_XFur3Studio3.scene (XFur Studio 3 asset required)
- Known Issues: Unable to clear fur from eyes due to buggy painting tool as of Unity 2022.3.13
