great work can i use this assets for my game and publish game on steam and google play???

I was searching for some texture art to use in a 2.5D game that I was creating as part of a game jam. This was exactly the look I wanted in my game. I ended up modifying the demo scene a bit to work in my project and learned a bunch about layers and lighting from analyzing it. I'm not an artist, but I deeply appreciate having good art to work with, and this is it! I ended up purchasing the Corgi Engine just to get access to all of the additional packages by this artist. I'm very motivated/inspired when working with this style. Love it! Thank you so much!
