I really love this asset, have used it for several projects - even things that aren't games because the PSX aesthetic is very cool.
Thought I would be helpful and spell out how to work with SRP. (with Unity 2022.3) Had to remove/delete all the new URP-Balanced, URP-HighFidelity, etc assets and comment out line 609 like people mentioned.
Then I was on my way with this wonderful shader.

let's you dial in as much as or as little PSX fast without the hassle of messing around with render pipeline. (as long as you use SRP)
Camera component easily adds drops in resolution/dithering without the typical render texture hack. I can stack multiple cameras nicely. Just works.

Abandoned asset

TerminalJackon version 1.18.4
This asset has potential but it seems that it has been abandoned. As others have mentioned, it has a build error that can be fixed by removing/commenting-out a line in the shader. (Line 609 of ps1shader.shader.) Once you do that, you'll get pretty good results.
There is, however, a bug that I can't figure out how to fix, for the life of me. You can see the bug in the example scene simply by dragging a real-time light with a Render Mode of 'Auto' or 'Important' around the scene in the editor. Some of the materials (those on the mailbox, trees, and lampposts, for example) will not work with this type of light no matter what you do to fix it. It _should_ work out-of-the-box with these particular materials.
So, basically, the shader doesn't always properly support real-time, mixed, or baked lights with a Render Mode of 'Auto' or 'Important.' Switching the light to a Render Mode of 'Not Important' will work but this results in vertex lighting. Vertex lighting is very poor lighting--particularly for horror games. (You want per-pixel lighting for flashlights, headlights, etc.) Baked lighting is affected by this as well.
Another issue that I ran into was that the shader doesn't support the "Fade" rendering mode, which I needed for the 3rd-party camera component I wanted to use. (The "Transparent" rendering mode _does_ work for this but isn't ideal.)
My recommendation is that you buy this asset only if you are a shader expert and think you can fix the problems. Also, others have pointed-out that this asset doesn't support URP. So, if that's an issue for you, you'll need to look elsewhere. (This wasn't a problem for me, personally.)

hansincproductionon version 1.18.4
PSXEffects is a really good Unity package for retro horror game style, but it doesn't have an option for a soft or hard shadowed per-vertex lighting but it's still very good in my opinion!

This Asset is out dated and abandoned if you have boughten this asset or want to buy this asset MAKE SURE you delete line 609 in the PS1 shader (#pragma multi_compile _ SHADOWS_SCREEN).
This asset will not work unless that is deleted.
Other then that this asset is amazing and I highly recommend it
