Great asset with lots of shader-driven details, although I had to manually reduce textures size, otherwise it just tanks performance.

We always give bigger resolution because you always can reduce it. In oposite direction would be problematic.
Here again, is an asset I have had for years, and never did a review. Well over these years, NatureManufacture,has kept up with updates and the Unity Engine!
IMHO NatureManufacture is one the the Best Dev's on the store! When you buy his assets .. they stay good .. for years .. in the latest engine. Support is awesome, when you need it.
When you look at an asset .. look how long has it been on the store ? How long has the dev been with Unity ?How often are there updates ? Support the Devs that actually care about Unity Community.

Thanks:) Yeap we support our assets since 10 years, expand them and upgrade to latest engine version.
A warning for future buyers, the asset does not include the demo scene featured in the video! It includes a couple of much smaller and barebones demo scenes, featuring spheres with materials, a really small scene of a river, and another small one with a frozen small lake, however no rocks or trees are present in any of the scenes. I'm sure the materials are great and all but I was hoping to save time with the scene featured in the video. Guess I'll keep looking.

This pack is about ice shading and material, not demo scenes.

The ice assets are some of the best I have ever seen, and the developers were quick to help when I ran into some problems. Definitely a 10/10 asset

This is a very impressive asset. The materials look amazing, and it's very easy to work with. if I have one gripe it's that its a little light on built-in rock formations, but you can easily apply the materials in this asset to meshes from other assets.

It does so well on all earlier and current Unity versions, and backward versions compatibility support is great, so this is how everything is done honestly. Only for our improvement tip of the spear: the size of 2.1 GB is still bit too large for adding to any multi-asset (already large) projects, as we have a lot happening. this could be the very next improvement direction for the everyone's 5 stars rating. The very recommended from our side for this asset - you will not be disappointed: the true ice world, where a lot can be done with it :).
