Hi, I used it in 2018.1, really great!
But in 2018.2.14f, it always propmted that camera renderpath was not deffered, but I was sure I'd choosed the deffered option.
Could you tell me why? Thank you very much.

Do you still have this issue? I've just checked 2019.1.0b5 - everything works as expected. Make sure that Project Settings -> Graphics -> Rendering Path is really Deferred, because 'Forward' is a default one
This is the best looking SSR, I never tried Candela's solution, because it started using Unity before the software was abandoned by the creator. So I can say that this is the best SSR available for Unity.
I wish there was a layer mask to only reflect the objects i desire without having to change the specularl value fo the material.

Still a useless asset, coupled by a dev with a bad attitude, dont waste your money, look elsewhere

You can just ask for the refund instead of writing 1-star review without even saying why you do that. And also don't get why you saying that - you never asked us about any support

Huge Letdown!! Don't buy for now

I feel totally letdown and mislead by the developers of this product.
The description clearly states that VR is supported, however its NOT! So don't buy it until they fix the issues with it.
AVOID for now until the VR bugs have been sorted out, hopefully the devs can sort these out ASAP!

As we said on forum thread - we're waiting for bugfix from Unity side. But we are already working on the workaround to fix VR asap.

At first, I had a doubt about this asset, cause it was updated really long ago - especially because our art heavily relies on shaders, and SSR work with them was unclear.
But after I read Arnoob's review, I purchased, easily tuned shaders (works both with shaders from Shader Forge and ASE) - and got amazing picture.
It comes with certain perfomance cost, 2.5 times of Amplify Occlusion, for example, but it's still not a trouble for modern machines.
If you have some spare FPS, then this asset is "Add beauty" button for you.

To test this out, I took a simple "boring" scene of an interior with no lighting setup or reflection probes.... switched all the materials to the standard shader then dropped this script on the camera. You can immediately tell the difference as it added excellent reflections to all the surfaces that were visibly shiny, and made the scene pop right away.
I'll definitely be using this with my other projects for sure! Excellent product and worth it even if you're doing rendering or screenshots. Great job!

Ok But not perfect

Works fairly fine, but does not work with Steam VR, would be great if this was impemented since I originally purchased it with the intent to use in vr. Looked in the comments and It looked like the dev had said they made it work for VR.
Besides that it looks semi decent, not as great as Unreals implementation of SSR but usable enough to give a big improvement to any scene

New Unity VR system breaks any post process, even their own. Need to wait for stabilization of VR in Unity :( But as soon as we can fix the problem - we will do that and let you know.
BTW, Unreal / Unity SSR's are super expensive compare to ours, not sure you can use them in VR because of performance issues at this moment.
