Great & optimized, but a few issues

TL;DR Change the Render Queue from 2000 to 3010 to fix transparency issues. Also, it appears completely invisible in VRChat on my Oculus Quest 2.
I'm trying to set this up for VRChat, and it was working great on PC, but it was broken on Quest (Android), so with my very limited knowledge, I peeked around. I'm yet to find why it does not render on Quest, but I discovered that the shader (double-sided cutout) was set to Render Queue 2000 despite being transparent. This caused issues with interacting with transparent materials, so I set it to 3010, and that fixed the transparency issues. The wireframe shader itself is still completely invisible on Quest though.
FYI: VRChat currently uses Unity 2019.4.31f1

Free, simple, and despite what other reviews say, this works great in VR -- at least with OpenVR on 2021.3.4f1 -- if you switch to multipass rendering.
1) Navigate to the XR plugin management:
Edit -> Project Settings -> XR Plug-in Management
2) Select the relevant XR plugin, e.g. OpenVR
3) Find the rendering mode or stereo rendering mode field
4) Set it to Multi-Pass or Multi Pass (the spelling differs by plugin)
Note: consider the performance impact of this setting on your project
