Edit: Working in editor, when compile the surface was totally pink on mobile
Edit2:
I removed these lines in Both Shaders(Mobile and Default) and working, not pink(default) and black(mobile) anymore after build. I am using Built in Render Pipeline. I hope this helps =D

Not working on mobile

A: @ line 1053, "CorrectDepth" was not defined. So I copy-pasted it from another part of the code, and added it in the "Pass" section @862. Then removed the second parameter from the @1053 call.
B: the mobile material is not working, and cannot be upgraded.
To the dev: Please update the shader to 2023. Thank you.

worked in unity 2023.2 URP, but need little change, when recieve error about "_CameraDepthTexture_TexelSize", open the shader file, and comment all CameraDepthTexture code line like this:
"//uniform float4 _CameraDepthTexture_TexelSize;"
another shader may still recieve error, but at least the water worked.
