Hello master of toons.
My only expectation from an extension is that it is updated periodically, rather than its superior capabilities. This is the most important factor for me, especially if it is a good extension. Any software that does not receive updates will disappear. No software or plugin can escape this fate. Please update it periodically. I think it's fine as it is. But even in its current state, warnings have started appearing in the shader code in Unity 6000 new versions. Thank you very much for sharing your work with the world.

Major issue with Unity 6 URP

This shader was great in previous unity versions, however currently in Unity 6 URP you have to disable "Render Graph" (enable the compatibility settings). Doesn't seem to be an issue in their other product, FlatKit. They've acknowledged the issue and have been working on it for about 5 months at least (based on when they acknowledged it). But there is still no patch for it as of June.
So I cannot recommend this in Unity 6 URP.

Hi, thank you for your patience. We're sorry you have to wait for it this long. Unfortunately, there is no simple button to convert Quibli so it doesn't require Compatibility Mode, the shaders have to be re-built for Render Graph. Re-working Flat Kit took quite some time too.
On the other side, Quibli works on Unity 6. It's not that working with Compatibility breaks all projects, so not recommending for Unity 6 URP might be a bit too strong.
Again, I wish it could be done faster, we'll try pushing it. Hopefully when this update is live, you have a chance to reconsider this review, as you've mentioned the shader was great (thank you for that!)

Really good and useful Asset!

Quibli has helped me a lot with getting a good "anime" look. The shaders are really well made and the tools are very straightforward to use but also provide lots of customizability. Demo scenes and pre-existing content is really helpful for getting started. The foliage and grass generation looks very nice too!

Looks good, difficult to set up

The material is working fine. Ez drag and drop.
The foliage generator isnt working at all. I want to export mesh "does not match filename 'Foliage-Sphere-Take1"

Tons of handy features, pretty much anything I can think of is already implemented here. Demo scenes explain the function of each part of the shaders very well. Recommended!

Amazing Shader

This is a really good and easy to use shader that works from the box with most assets. The only reason for me that it currently drops a star is there is not Forward+ renderer support
I've now increased this to 5 stars, as I emailed the dev about the Forward+ renderer and they have added it and updated the asset. Great response. Thanks

It's an excellent toon shader that has looked great in every project I've tried it in so far! I especially like the foliage generator since I am making a game with lots of foliage and I will need performant trees!
The support on the Discord channel is amazing and they really go above and beyond for their users!
I can recommend Quibli wholeheartedly!

Great Toon shading and Anime styling

Purchased this a while back but never used it until a few weeks ago. It was pretty easy to use just by looking at the Demo scenes copying the existing prefabs and editing them to my needs. Looks of different looks can be created with the shader input variables play around with them. I would recommend this to anyone looking for this type of style that does not want to create it from scratch.
