The muzzle flashes look good in URP, and there's a fair amount of variety.
Likewise with the impacts. They look good, and there are different impacts for different materials.

It's nice with an ok price but the smoke shader is broken in HDRP. The culprit is the "ShadeTranslucentLights" function that uses built-in code that can't be directly translated to HDRP. I was able to get something working with Claude AI even though idk anything about shader coding but Ideally the author just updates the code himself

Hello,
In early versions of hdrp, the old lighting worked correctly. Apparently, at some moment, unity stopped transmitting lighting data and now you need to use the internal hdrp lighting code (which is very complex).
I will try to fix this in the next updates. Temporarily, you can use the HDRP translucent shader (like foliage)
This asset states it is usable with HDRP but it does not work with volumetric settings. The smoke effect, which is probably the main reason most buy this asset will only play as black smoke with the sky and fog global volume turned on. This makes it hard to use this asset as this is the best way to handle dynamic lighting quickly.

Worked really well out of the box. But number of materials are a bit limited. Would have loved to get more materials.
