Unfortunately it's not being updated anymore and albeit there's a version 1.2.6 it's locked in Xeleh's Patreon so you'll need to pay if you want to use the asset in recent Unity versions. There's a review showing how to make this version work but it's still kinda broken so you'll need to get 1.2.6 either way EDIT: Now the update is free!

"you need to duplicate the folder "2019.3", which is located in "GameFlow / Versions / 2019.3". now rename the folder to "2021.3". now go to the menu "Tools / GameFlow / Reinstall" and that should be enough ..." I found the above advice in a forum. Simply duplicate the directory as explained above making sure the directory name is the same as your version of unity and then go to Tools / Gameflow /Reinstall. The source code for GAMEFLOW is encapsulated in a DLL so I cannot fix the problem. This is a great asset, but I recommend not using it as Unity has moved on and sadly the Asset has not. :) I agree with a previous remark, Unity should remove this asset from the Unity store. Unfortunately as this asset is no longer being kept up to date, it is of no value to anybody.

This used to be great plugin for prototyping, now it does not support 2020 or 2021 unity editors. Should be open sourced or removed from store.

As the author has officially claimed to abandon this project on his Twitter. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use it.

Could you update the inspector? It does not work anymore in Unity 2020, it shows just blank windows and sometimes it just flases so quickly that I cant press and see anything

That wouldn't be a problem, the problem is the docs were on the website. I understand you can abandon a project, nobody has an obligation to maintain something which isn't financially viable. But the very least you could do out of respect to your current users would be to include the docs & make the project open source.
