When using Android and using x64 architecture, it may cause a direct crash. Can this issue be fixed

I have purchase it and try to use the plugin by building it, i am not able to see video only audio is coming. where as i have used demo apk which is been given by the media player 8 its working properly. no quick response on my issue, i have try to contact on forum of media player.

It works well on Android, but i'm still having some trouble from time to time that I can't fix

It worked out of the box for my android-only game
