The menu can be accessed via hotkey or via the Create tab.

Сreated objects can be autolocated to specified folders.

Has customization settings, object visibility can be configured via SoCreateAttribute.

The tool was made to keep Create Menu clean and create ScriptableObjects by name, similar to how it works with AddComponent.
