The asset is easy to use and offers a lot of convenient settings. We faced some problems with our integration on Android for a very specific and heavy usage and they were quickly solved by the awesome support. Do not hesitate to grab this asset!

Can show the list of connected USB devices, but crash when the USB serial device is opened. logcat shows user has no permission to access serial device although the permission has been granted on the pop-up dialog when USB serial device is connected. Looking at the review below, someone mentioned that the new version didn't work and he had to revert to an older version. I can't find any other version in the Unity Asset Store except for 2.8, so I'll request a refund.

Used this asset many times, but the latest version failed to open the USB serial port. Tried in Unity 2020 and 2021. Have to use an old version right now.

UART in android does not work but it fixed by support. It is very helpful. Many thanks.

Our app runs on Android board and gets all vital information from external device. Connection established only by SPUP and works great. Thank you for this asset! BTW now we would like to do an extension but couldn't find anything about UART connection in documentation, although it is said that UART is supported. Help or hint would be appreciated.
