We understand the importance of keeping clean code quality and improving developer workflow through the use of user created packages. With this in mind, The SOE puts an emphasis on assembly control by providing various tools for designers and developers to aid the maintainability of any codebase.


Easeful Integration:

- Personalised editor tool designed with no impact to your pre-existing workflow.

This editor tool is entirely designed to improve the development experience and help to avoid burnout. Since the SOE is self-contained, it doesn't interact with the pre-existing workflow and can be just as easily removed without any impact on the final product.


ScriptableObject Editor Window:

- Centralised and connected Editor Window containing multiple sub-windows.

As the SOE is an Editor Window, it contains all the tools you'll need to handle any task that comes your way as long as it involves the ScriptableObject infrastructure. Provides the user with lightweight editor specific settings, navigation bar, inspector, custom creator, folder & 'Type' filtering, and UI customisation.


Workflow Improvements:

- Designed to minimise flicking around your projects.

Empower yourself to improve your workflow with a tool designed with the full intention of minimising the need to dart and flick back and forth around Unity's editor layout. By supplying you with a centralised tool, the issue of flicking between objects and misplacing them will be a thing of the past.


In-built Settings:

- Provides customisation to improve performance on all systems of any spec.

Provides you with settings to improve performance on low-end and high-end systems alike as well as providing the user with the ability to toggle QoL features.


Navigation Bar:

- Access the Scriptables you want to modify your way.

The Navigation Bar includes a selectable scrollbar that displays all of the ScriptableObjects contained within the project, Search bar for specific scriptables, 'Type' Filter for sorting your focus group, Folder selection for specifying the area of focus, and access to the creation menu.


Inspector:

- A familiar UI/UX inspired by Unity's own Inspector.

To modify any selected ScriptableObject, SOE looks and acts exactly like how Unity's Inspector does with a few additional QoL features and layout improvements. Utilises SerializedObject and SerializedProperties to correctly display and serialize any data type.


Creator:

- Aid the creation process of scriptables with a preview.

Instead of swapping between windows, try having all the tools you need for scriptable creation in one place. Create and modify new scriptables of pre-existing types or create new types of scriptables from scratch all while being able to preview the result.


Pagination:

- Ignore performant heavy tasks, load as many scriptables as you want.

Not only does pagination help you with navigation and improve your workflow, but it plays a crucial role in limiting data loading for those huge projects that can potentially harm mid and low-end systems by overloading your memory.
