Bought this nice €69 asset and later noticed that there also is a pro version which is for sale for €58.88 right now. I logged in to see if there's maybe a price reduction for buyers of the non pro version, but the price is still the same after logging in.
For that reason I would only buy the pro version during a sale. This non pro version otherwise costs more but does less.

The asset is nicely produced and easily usable.
To be clear I used this asset on HDRP and I do not know if the asset performs better on URP.
When trying to render a couple thousand trees with 10 different prototypes, my fps always dropped.
However the terrain detail manager works perfectly for Instancing the Grass on the terrain.
The Billboard generator feature is also very beneficial for the performance.
Good asset if you need to draw an exorbitant number of instances.

Support is what I look for the most when buying assets.
The developer went above and beyond to add a feature I needed.
The support is top notch in my book.

Out-of-the-box if you are a seasoned user. Tutorials are from an out of date Unity. I've been working with Unity for about 6 months so I am a novice but not a newbie. Looks like it could be useful after weeks of painful learning curve. Support gets quickly uninterested. Sends a bunch of links and basically says go figure it out.

it works, but limits creativity

I feel like it's good to be 100% honest about how I'm feeling, and right now I feel angry about this asset.
The creators made a lot of questionable assumptions about how the artist probably intends to create their art. Overriding them is very hard -- you basically need to dive into pages upon pages of poorly commented, messy source code.
The materials or shaders have very limited settings to get creative with. Furthermore, I think that the shaders and C# scripts are not meant to be modifiable and modular. This has been a pain for me. Just finding the right shader/material to disable alpha clipping on the grass took approx. 30 minutes. The "true" shader file was hidden behind layers of abstractions and subgraphs. A simple comment in one of these subgraphs explaining what it is, how it is being used, etc., would have saved TONS of time.
Why would the creators assume that people would not want to modify the shaders/materials? Why did they obscure the scripts and shaders being used, not properly comment their code, and not ensure good readability for newcomers? It makes no sense.

In our game called bean stalker, we used it to visualise so many things in VR and it works.
