I don't recall receiving any support requests for the issues you've mentioned and currently have no open bug reports, but if you get in contact I'm happy to provide support. Regarding separating game data from code, I think you might be mistaken: Easy Save allows for as much separation as any other serializer, but also gives you the option for closer coupling for situations where it is required, allowing Easy Save to do many things which generic serializers can't. Regarding your previous review: only Unity have the ability to delete reviews and I don't seem to recall having received a review from you previously, so I recommend checking with Unity about why this was removed.
