The asset worked very nicely for Mount Fuji terrain download, but now impossible to generate any image or terrain. Any reason or any solution?

I have bought this asset and didn't use it until now. I tested it out today and it is really good for making terrain of larger areas. When I purchased this asset TerraLand 4 was not released yet and I saw that I have really good discount for getting TerraLand 4. So I am satisfied!
