No waterfall ?

Yes It's automatic when you just put a spline object at the scene and it has any slope. 2nd video at asset is a tutorial and for example, you have the first waterfall in 3:33 6th video is speed level design when I play with it at HD RP scene and also with waterfall.

Used for a crossroad between a road and a river, i am a Maya particle designer, so is not my job nor my field, is not as easy to use as they say, took 20 hours to actually understand enough to use it, but when i did, took 35 mins to build a scene that would otherwise take 20 hours to do. Building a game about 4 devs that need to reach the shop to buy a NAS to connect it in Lan, booooring....

I have barely scratched the surface but so far I've had great luck in getting some awesome water in my scenes. The movement in rivers, lakes, even seas looks great. Once I get the splines settled I waterfalls are really cool. I will definitely be upgrading to the 2023 version when it comes out as that looks to add more stuff. Meanwhile as I get this figured out (especially splines) I will be playing with LVE and review it separately.....

Good asset, helped a lot in creating rivers, lakes and the ocean. Pros: 1) Excellent Plane creation system. Easy to manage. 2) Excellent system for combining rivers into 1. 3) Not a bad system of combining rivers with lakes and oceans, although not ideal (you need to spend time)! 4) Several pre-configured materials. For mobile phones, for PC and for different pipelines. 5) There are ready-made effects for waterfalls (particle)! Cons: 1) No water trail system! If the hero or any object floats on the water! 2) The physical buoyancy system is not implemented in the best way! It needs to be improved. 3) I did not find ready-made masks for objects in the water! Only paint by hand (and for this you need to make water high-poly)! But in general, the asset saved a lot of time! Probably the best asset for creating water!

Hi! Thanks for detailed review, we will look on this. About water mask there is free mask shader example in unity forum it will handle everything.

Stuck when editing large rivers, I know how to modify it. Modifying the prefabricated file can solve the problem It is recommended to add circles and squares so that users can quickly arrange the sea surface effect

The small sea could be made via the lake tool but you have to put a pretty low resolution on it to avoid crossing huge amounts of verts at the surface.

This works. It just works right out of box. I create my river, add my water, delete editor script in scene, and I have a river on my terrain for use in VR. Like VRChat. It's very performant and just works. You need to make sure you don't have extreme changes in gradients like down hill or very sharp turns or it looks unnatural, but you can adjust all those flow points. I am so grateful for this. I wanted to create river splines forever, and this does it automatically. Water included as well. It has water that speeds up and slows down like on a hill, and slow on flat areas. It has waves, but no splashing. No big deal on splashing. It doesnt say it does this anyway. I don't need splashing. Water has many many variables you can control. All in all a great asset. Note to developer: Thanks for the X rotation hint. That fixed my issues.

Thanks:) You can also rotate point in x axis and it will adjust flowmap too:)

I bought this thinking it had a different water system to what's already supplied in other maps, seems this is not required if you own some of the others, purely a standalone asset just for water which isn't worth its asking price. I found the water one of the poorer quality assets used in these maps anyway. Not great.

R.A.M contain whole spline lake river systems. Our other assets just contain trial water materials. If you want to build new lakes, rivers swamps etc you need R.A.M

The asset is really usefull but it makes random spikes on terrain when carving a path.

How big is terrain that you carve? How big terrain heightmap resolution is? How long river you got? It really matter in compare to your device, unity terrain is heavy object.

Amazing asset! The outcomes for the rivers / lakes / ponds are just gorgeous! The dev on this one is also top notch. He is very responsive, and his tutorials are just excellent! And he was willing to jump in and make some updates on the assets very quickly when I was having an issue rendering previews in URP. Great dev... you can buy NatureManufacture assets with confidence. I also found that when I used RAM lake asset to replace the infinite water that Gaia adds with something more targeted... my FPS doubled. And this asset just looks better... Looking forward to making a killer volcano with it too!
