...but it is very laggy to the point that it's unusable if you want to move the cursor every frame, e.g. via a gamepad. Unfortunately that is my foremost usecase for this asset. Hopefully the developer can provide a fix for this.

Unfortunately you have to wait one frame until the OS updates the mouse position, this is achieved with the MouseBusy flag; this is a limitation of Linux/OSX and to make it compatible with all OSes also with windows. I have been looking into it and the VSync is also an issue which I'm checking but I havent been able to solve this.

Does exactly as it says it does, and is a simple plug-n-play setup to your project. This is really something Unity should already expose through their own API.

I needed more control over my mouse cursor and this asset did exactly what I wanted. Works great on Windows and Linux (not tested on OSX). I couldn't ask for more really.

Got ProMouse free through Level 11. I'm using it in an RTS while rotating the camera where the mouse becomes temporarily invisible. Using Unity's Cursor.lockState, the cursor becomes locked in the middle of the screen. Using ProMouse, I can get and set the position to anywhere on the screen, using either Unity's window space or global screen position, which is really handy. Thanks so much for this!

Something Unity is really missing and this tool solves all the problems.
Created a simple script with a few lines of code using this tool which makes it able to control the mouse with the Joystick.

Hi,
Very happy with this product, and the support has been great. I had an issue with accessing the dll after importing the project into Unity 5, and the developer was very quick to help me out. For those who have any similar issues, you just need to remove the asset, restart Unity and reimport the asset.
