This package comes pre-packed with an assortment of most common use cases prefabs, such as bottles, windows, etc. They are already configured and ready to go, if all you need is breakble glass. With sound effects, and reset options, it makes so much so easy. The code is simple, and easy to extend for custom uses, such as custom breakable methods / interaction. If the provided breakable methods dont suit your desires, its only a matter of a few lines and you can easily have it up and running as you see fit. NOTE: Some reviwers have squaked about it not running on URP (HDRP). But as a frequent unity flyer, i can safely assure you this is NOT the case. All the materials are using a standard unity shader, which means, they have absolutely no problem upgrading to URP or HDRP. Currently working with on unity 2022.LTS, with no issues. For the price, and the contents, its a damn good starter package (maybe even a complete solution, if you need no custom adjustments). Would recommend again.

This is a good asset if you use the default RP. If you use the URP it doesnt work. I wrote to the publisher and said he will look into it on 8/Jun/22 but haven't replied yet.

We used many of the breakable glass props in our first VR game. Now players can smash and break things to their heart's content.

I was using this asset in VR so it caused a small glitch with the new coding. I emailed Patrick asking for help and he sent a bug fix that worked perfectly within a couple days. Never worked with someone so fast and that cares so much about the buyers. The asset also looks flawless in VR.

I recently bought this asset package for a school project that I am working on. It literally took a total of five minutes to implement everything and get working. It was so easy and very high quality. On top of this, I needed the glass to break only when a tag hit it. I am pretty new to scripting so I had no idea where to start. I contacted the publisher, told him my issue, and he got back to me within a couple of hours. Not only that, he was very willing to help me with my problem and came up with a solution within a day. Anyone who needs a high quality, affordable breaking glass asset, this is the one you want!

I am using this asset to improve a VR experience I am working on. It is working right out of the box, very easy to use, very performant, good looking and with lots of glass prefabs and materials that can even be used in other projects. I tested this asset with VRTK. It works really well! There's nothing like seeing glass break and explode in VR. The developer is responsive in replying too. You can tell by the documentation, the commenting in the scripts, and all of the features that he's dedicated in making a terrific asset that is versatile and complete!
