This is the spline plugin I've been searching for!

This is the one. Unity's included spline editing is a bit of a black hole of functionality. This is the perfect tool to fill it. I'm working in 2D, lots of edge colliders and convex shapes and this "Just works".
Only piece of feedback is that it's too cheap for what it is!

i can't seem to find in the documentation how to access all the colliders built from the splines collectively,
I.E ,
I would like each collision to be reported to a central "collider" or a way to perform a collective "OnTrigger<Something>" from all those colliders.
is there a feature like this built in or do I have to create a child class by myself for this purpose?

This asset is extremely useful and probably one of the best spline system on the asset store, the dev was helpful and provided useful examples for my specific use case.

I got up and running.
The fact it did what I wanted, with no fuss that isn't a fault of my own or my preference, it's 5 stars.
The tutorials rely on video and you have to search the video and pause to understand it, which I don't really like (prefer text). However, once I got it working it was intuitive.
For $5, it is a treat to use.
Tip: If you're using for 2d and edge collider component, you'll want to use a diffuse sprite material on the line renderer.

UPDATE: 6 months later, I forgot I reviewed this asset and came back to leave ANOTHER 5 stars . Saw I already did, and the creator addressed my one criticism.
