Look amazing and great job, however i did like the documentation say. but when playing the game i dont see any clouds. am i missing something? I am using the Mobile 3D core template

Looks cool but half the materials are invisible and you can't change the opacity. Also, no idea how to get the clouds/fog to move. Still like it tho

Nice asset. However, all particle effects stop showing when the 3D Cloud Camera script is added to main camera.

Seriously, with a bit of scripting, this can be used with a couple other free assets to create your own dynamic weather system that actually feels more light weight and versatile than any of the large enviro / sky toolsets i have tried. This asset, rain maker, and lightning bolt for the win. To the creator... Awsome stuff providing this for free. It is definitely head of the class. I thank you.

Abandoned by dev, dont buy

Reviews from years past seem good, but a few major issues that warrant a negative review: 1) Not all the effects/scenes from the video are included!!! In particular the fog scenes aren't there and its not clear how to replicate the effect from assets given. 2) Some assets are just weirdly there and it isn't clear how to use them. For example there is a fog 3D Mesh... and thats it. No prefabs, it isn't used anywhere, no material for it, just a mesh. 3) Developer seems to have abandoned support for the asset. I bought this several weeks ago and emailed developer about the above issues politely asking for a demo scene for the fog or the assets necessary to recreate the effect. And got silence. Emailed probably 10 times total and never got a single response. There are some pros: A few of the scenes seem to work fine. For example the scene with a single cloud works just fine. But overall the lack of support and the fact that this asset doesn't give you the advertised functionality easily out of box makes this a bad purchase. Steer clear of this, especially if you want that cool looking translucent/wispy fog. There are other really good fog assets in the store.

I love the simplicity of it, and also how good it looks! And I like that it's fast! One note: In the Sky example, the script Clouds Generator should have a speed variable. I was looking for it in the inspector for a while until I created it in the script. It should be exposed so you can adjust the speed of how fast the clouds are moving across the screen right off. I'd recommend making some sort of screen wrapping looping effect as well with a checkbox for it. The cool part is that because there's not much code to sort through, it's easy to adapt to your use case. I'm going to be using this for everything. Thanks for making it.

Tried it out of the box in 2019.4, no luck on built-in

I was missing a lot of scripts on the camera and the clouds did not renderer. Not sure if I needed to set it up or something but I was hoping for any of the examples to work. :( I'll have to check back on this later.

Great asset with super responsive developer

Awesome cloud asset. I needed a thick fog of war at the edge of my world map and this asset does just that. I can also make thin, whispier clouds for a skybox. I can define a custom mesh to shape it, and tweak the values to get any type of cloud I want. My game is low poly / pixelized, so I was even able to reduce the size and colors of the noise texture to get good chunky clouds that match the rest of my game. I had an issue (turned out to be a very obscure bug in the unity engine that was due to my project setup), and the developer responded within minutes, and was super helpful. It is also very performant, as the description of the asset states. I get around 6ms drop with un-optimized huge walls of clouds around my world map. Very happy with this purchase!
