Great Mirror Solution

I really like this mirror asset, it provides a realistic 1:1 reflection ratio! This mirror is a better solution than the camera and reflection probe mirrors. I was able to use 6 mirrors simultaneously. I created an exclusion layer for the mirrors, so they don't render within each other. This result only looks good in "Game" tab when Play Mode is active and VR testing.

Works fine with Oculus Quest

Works out of the box with my Oculus Quest. Remember to set multiview rendering (in project settings -> XR settings (Android)). Highly recommend it. JUST REMEMBER THIS WON'T WORK WITH SCRIPTABLE PIPELINES (ex. Universal Render Pipeline). So, to the author, guess it's time to update this... :))

Doesn't work on Oculus Quest 2 with widest IPD lens setting

The middle and lowest IPD lens positions are okay but when set to the widest position you get a double image in one eye.

Does not work with unity 2018.3 and above with LWRP.

The shader/material doe snot upgrade to support LWRP. Works great with unity 2018 and lower.

Please read the asset description before buying, this is explicitly stated that scriptable render pipeline is not supported. Contact me if you want a refund. - Jeff

Had issues with several mirrors and plugins some of them downloaded from HTC Vive, but the cameras were rendering from very different positions each, so the result was a very confusing mirror. But this asset Works perfect, just a mirror, just that, saved a lot of time, thank you! Was having troubles with Oculus Rift S with version 1.0.5 of plugin. Without any change, the new glasses do not display reflections properly. I had to change Unity XR Setting (Stereo Rendering Mode) from Multi Pass (default) to Single Pass.

2 mirrors should work, are you trying more than 2? If so that is not supported.

I have been looking for a mirror effect that works with Oculus for a whole day and this is so far the only one that does the job. It renders pretty fast as long as the scene is well-optimized. And there are a coulpe of options you can choose to reduce the rendering cost. If you work with VR and are looking for a mirror effect, I highly recommend this one.

I'm happy to have found this asset after 2 days of searching for a VR mirror. However, I had to disable one of the mirrors in the demo scene in order to stop Windows from crashing.
