The core concept is good, stacking a bunch of planes on top of each other and using a kind of 3D noise shader in worldspace to create 3D clouds viewed from above or below. The execution is horrendous though, this is unfortunately one of the most user-unfriendly assets I've ever bought.
First it installs this HDRP Procedural Sky sample folder in the root directory of your project which doesn't compile in URP and you need to delete it in order to continue. There is also no documentation included with the asset at all, you have to search online for an old tutorial video.
There are dozens of different sample scenes all with cryptic names and version numbers but not much explanation. Every sample scene and prefab is a mess of manually duplicated objects with names that don't make sense and disabled groups of objects with no discernible purpose, and loads of the objects are misaligned. There doesn't seem to be any dropdown menu or startup helper, and there's no custom editor script.
The main cloud controller object has dozens of variables with no tooltips and no explanation of what anything does -- many of the options appear to do nothing. The script is also missing several null checks, so it can break and throw errors if you select the wrong options. It's become very bloated, with controls for several different sets of clouds at the same time plus side clouds, a sort of day-night system, rainbows, and a lightning system. The folder structure is a mess of old version numbers and stray files, and there's extra stuff like an FPS counter, unexplained patches, Sky Master, and some terrain stuff.
Evidently the dev is responsive based on the other reviews, but I think this asset needs to be retired or re-developed. Make a single clean cloud controller that just controls one stack of quads. Maybe use material property blocks or new material instances so you can change the parameters on the material without making a new material and having to assign it in the editor. Make clean prefabs for cloud setups that look good, top-down fog, etc. Separate out all the other stuff such as rainbows, lightning, and time of day into separate objects. Put tooltips in the code, give all the game objects sensible names that explain what they are, reorganise the folders, and possibly include some documentation.
Apologies if this comes across harsh, the samples do look like the videos and the core shader and technique are great. But the control scripts, usability, and sample scenes need a serious overhaul. I'm very tempted to do that overhaul myself because the shader does look good.
Update 1: Happy to re-review the new version. I'm not sure how I'm on a previous version as I downloaded and installed it fresh just a day or two ago, unless a new version just dropped.
Update 2: Increased to 4 stars based on feedback from the dev. Will re-review accordingly soon!

Hi, thanks for reviewing the latest version. It says in the review that was the v1.6.2d that was reviewed and the latest big update with the new custom inspector and prefabs landed after this lately, in v1.7.0 and above.
Would be really great if could review the system based on the very latest v1.8.0 that also offers two separate Urp and Hdrp install files based on your feedback and is directly adapted to Unity 2021.3.

Hi,
I just realized you have downloaded a previous version, please make sure to download the latest v1.7.1. This new version implements the full range of prefabs, which is very easy to just drag in the scene and use directly.
Also implements the new custom inspector that focuses on one cloud group and the basic parameters, for much easier setup and tweaking. Here is a photo showing the prefabs and custom inspector in v1.7.0 and above.

In the v1.7.1 i have also sanitized the folders so the is no previous versions mention and added separate installers for HDRP and URP so can install the proper assets based on pipeline directly. I will also release soon v1.7.2 that will be based on Unity 2021.3 LTS (v1.7.1 is based on Unity 2019.4 LTS), for easier use on this version directly as well.

Thanks for the review and the feedback, I am glad you like the shader so much :), is a great joy to see my graphics and art so appreciated :)
Also note that the system is very fast and suitable to have cutting edge clouds for mobile.
About the comments, I always take all feedback very seriously and try to improve on it. Currently i am in the process of separating the HDRP and URP versions, so can have only 2 distinct files after download to install only the proper version depending on the used pipeline. I did similar work on ORION asset as well.
The new latest controller does away with the multiple layers and now easily controls only one main group of quads, so this is a first step to the exact comment you made about doing away with the multiple groups, I will be expanding more the easy to use focused controller and hide to an Advanced section the other options, so wont confuse with the older style.
I hope to have both the above finalized fully by next version and hopefully at that point can update the review as well.

Thanks for getting back on the issue and all feedback. While there is scenes oriented for mobile included in the URP version, indeed there is no mobile prefab to use directly, thus I created a new scene and prefab with a mobile controller as well to try directly on a mobile device.
I get 60fps with the base cloud layer on my Samsung S8 phone. Attached images for reference.

Also here is the APK demo, by default the demo has 2 extra cloud layer groups enabled (A and B), which are for latest and best gaming mobiles, so disable them to see the fastest version for lower end and mid range mobiles.

The system is default for HDRP, the URP version is included in a unity package inside the ARTnGAME folder and should be installed after erase all other downloaded items of the HDRP version.

I finished the Test of the cloud shader in Unity 2020.3.26f1

One issue was found in one demo - the issue was the use of mixed lighting mode which creates a problem with the attenuation Unity function, can be addressed by change the sun light mode to real time, as shown in the next photo. (https://i.imgur.com/BSm4rD6.jpg)

I have also tested in Unity 2021.2.7f1 URP and all work correctly.

The issue above with mixed mode sun light seems also to be an editor bug, as the scene builds and plays normally outside editor. Will check more on this as well.
EDIT 3:
I have now also concluded tests in Android mobile and also everything works fine, this is an image from my Samsung S8 where i run the mobile demo.

Also the demo plays very fast on mobile, even though this demo I tried was a desktop one.
Those clouds focus is optimization, thus are ideal for mobile use.
So far from all tests, I have not seen any issues on either desktop or Android, so would be great to know what error you get on your side with some details so can check further. Thanks

This asset is for URP and HDRP only, the same system is included in Sky Master ULTIMATE asset which is the standard pipeline version.
Let me know and i can send the standard pipeline version as well.
Note that the cloud shader itself does indeed work across all pipelines, but the demos are made with urp and hdrp in mind for InfiniCLOUD asset.

Just finding out how to move the clouds is already proven to be a huge challenge.
EDIT: Dev is extremely helpful and offered a teamviewer call to fix things and even made a tutorial today.. I managed to get the hang of things! thanks

Hi,
I can help with any issue on the setup and use of the system. The clouds are planes that generally are not to be moved, but rather scaled to the extend of the need of the map. Moving them is tricky and i am working on the localization of the clouds which is WIP.
The many objects are due to the nature of the system, it emulates the volume using multiple stacked layers of planes or quads in the scene, thus each of the cloud types has a group of multiple cloud layers, those layers can be scaled and tweaked by the cloud manager group properties of the enabled cloud type and also micro tweaked directly inside the group, e.g. moved up or down to get the result needed.
Note that the core of the system is just a shader applied on a number of planes with small Y offset to each other, the cloud manager is used to manage those layers and pass some properties to their materials, but at its core the base of the system is very simple as is mainly a single shader.
There is many perks to this method, for one is extremely fast and is suitable for volumetric clouds even on mobile, also since the clouds are scene objects are sorted properly, not depend on image effects or special camera setups and work in VR and multiple cameras, plus appear directly on reflections like any other scene object.
