I want to know 1. How you got the effect in your demo image (with varying colours) 2. Why I can't seem to get it to work on a 2d quad with an ortho cam 3. How to save it. Links to the website, youtube video etc above are all broken. Please help with all the above and I'll update the star rating.

Changing brush colour via code

Hi! Great asset. Need to be able to change the color of the brush via code when 'brush' collides with object. Currently on collision i'm getting the paint brush object, its texturepaintinluenceactors component. I then update colorDetails.colorValue to difference color, and according to inspector i'm changing the color value. However, instead of the color changing on the texture it stops painting. Can't quire work out where I'm going wrong, wondering if you can point me in the right direction.

I do have a uniform scale (a human 3D model), but my input still taller or wider, could you please teach me how to fix this? "Why is my Influence input taller or wider than the Gizmo sphere? - This can happen if you scale the TexturePaint Grid non-uniformly. TexturePaint works best when everything has a uniform scale. Its possible to use TexturePaint with non-uniform scaling, but results will vary and are unpredictable."

Hello i cant find your e-mail so that because i am writing here my request it works great but i need some feature, my english not so good, so i will try to explain my self clearly in my game i need to paint 3d objects, this is ok and works great. My 3d objects are white and i am painting with black color. In time it should be turning to white again by painting white color with very low alpha. i mean I want my black paintings seem like to evaporate simulation. i believe it is possible to make it with your tool but i could not find the way. Could you please help me with this issue?

Everything is working well so far. Drawing is very quick and responsive in Pro. It's definitely a solid pick. I have a question that I only direct here because there is no official support email: Can this not draw on quads?

After trying several solutions, many technologies, it turns out that this is the most efficient and most convenient paint asset to use in realtime in a scene. The documentation and examples are used to start quickly, and the author's support is very responsive and very understanding. This tool is the cornerstone of one of my scientific mediation projects, I use it with Unity 5 with which it is compatible. It's a great product !
