Excellent Asset with Outstanding Documentation and Examples

As an amateur developer, I was genuinely impressed by how easy it was to integrate Paint in 3D into my project. The package includes a large number of example tutorial scenes, each clearly organized and focused on a specific use case. They're thoughtfully constructed to help you understand the core systems and how to adapt them to your own needs.
The documentation is thorough, well-written, and easy to follow, which made learning the asset much more approachable. Combined with the example scenes, I never felt lost or overwhelmed.
It’s clear that a lot of time and care went into building this asset. From the intuitive component design to the helpful tooltips and editor integration, everything feels polished.
I highly recommend Paint in 3D.

Everything is extremely well documented and convenient. It's an amazing asset clearly made with care and a good understanding of user pains. If you need to paint meshes, get this without a 2nd thought

Tbh it have everything you need, it has huuuge amount of options, example scenes with basically everything, very well documentation file and some videos on yt. When you have problem with something or need a little guidance you can even contact the creator and he'll try his best to guide you through your problem or question. Great job, keep it up <3

It doesn't work with PEN. It works in the editor, but when the EXE is compiled it doesn't work.

I tested a few free solutions to this, they were basic and few features (maybe adequate, with a lot of work). In an afternoon this asset has done everything I needed: painting + decals, save/load states.
[I think just save/load to file, rather than PlayerPrefs is all I need to add - maybe it could be on feature list? I don't really want to put that amount into registry].
I was already aware (from my previous tests) about potential issues with UV mapping/meshes, but the fixing code here does enough, in my case. This is potentially an issue for *any* of these texture painting assets, if your mesh/UVs cause a problem they can't deal with.
Can't say much about CPU usage/optimisation, I did see the tips in the docs.
Extensive examples and documentation, clean code.
