Object State Maker (OSM) will allow you to store states of your custom scripts as well as built in unity components (camera, rigidbody, etc) and swap between them in-game and in-editor.
With a single click you will be able to save the current states (values of public vars) of all of the components attached to the object. You can also toggle between those states in editor. In game you can call a state with a single line of code.
This package comes with many built in scripts that will allow you to use the system without having to touch a single line of code. It is as simple as attaching the script and typing the state name to activate it on any game events.
