To upgrade PUN Plus (v1.x) to PUN 2, please use your existing AppId with the PUN 2 Free package!
All benefits carry over.

Vielen Dank schon einmal das Sie hier geantwortet haben, meine Email scheint evtl. untergegangen.
Deswegen bin ich erfreut und habe natürlich soeben die Version Aktiviert. Schade natürlich das ich noch nicht Viel gemacht habe bisher und jetzt schon eine neuere Version von Photon erschienen ist. Vielleicht gibt es ja die Chance auf ein Update.
Nun muß ich aber erst einmal weiter basteln um endlich mal vorwärts zu kommen. Vielen Dank auf jedenfall für Ihre Hilfe

Durch die Umbenennung des "alten" Pakets, konnten die Codes zeitweise nicht eingelöst werden. Jetzt sollte das funktionieren!

Due to the renaming of our "old" assets, redeeming codes wasn't working temporarily. Now, it should be fine.

I have purchased PUN+, thinking that 100CCU with 40K Actives will be for multiple apps. but after puchase the representative of exit games told me that this is only for single app. they have not mentioned it in the description or features.
is it not a violation of deceptive policy?

Bottom line is that for the price, you can't do better for adding multiplayer to your game in an easy fashion. Worldwide support, great pings, easy and well documented API and fantastic support from their team. I cannot recommend this enough! Buy it now!

Bad customer service

So far it's been very difficult dealing with customer service.
I paid for Photon+ but only receiving free plan... Very disappointing.

This is the best you can get for that price! With + Gamesparks or Playfab + AntiCheat you can, on your own, create any type of mmo games! Be sure! I was made a few games using Photon and i'm, now, making pixel art mmorpg on my own. Without Photon, that will takes forever to do!

This asset is great if you give it time. It is pretty simple to drop into your project and start setting it up right away. I would say in half hour without even reading the documents you can have a half working multiplayer game going. If you keep going you could really do something with this.

You're not losing your 100CCU due to the new EULA. Guaranteed.
The one time fee is good for have 100 CCUs on our servers for 5 years. About $3 per month and $0.03 for an imaginary player, playing the whole month...
