Reliable asset but not scalable in terms of pricing. It's based on CCU which is incorrect metric for measuring network usage. Weak support no answer to emails

Did you get our autoresponder mail? If not, check your spam folders, etc.
We write replies to all mails but it might even take a few days, depending on what is up. The week before Easter is often used for well earned vacations...

Yes, plans can be increased or decreased as needs be. The 100 CCUs for a "Plus" plan can be combined with paid subscriptions (but you can't combine two 100 CCU plans).
Looking forward to a review when you are done ;)
Clean design with easy matchmaking service and all the callbacks you need in a multiplayer game.
Excellent choice for small games that don't require server authority making it a bit vulnerable to hackers.
Also, a bit expensive once you cross the 100 players threshold or require to set up your server which sadly only runs on Windows at the time of this review.. Great platform though, keep it up Exit Games!!

Thanks a lot for the fair review. Valid points, even if I would point out that running a game with more CCUs is not without expense, no matter the solution. Especially, compared to running CPU hungry Unity instances on rented machines, we think it is reasonable.

I found 100 CCU/12 Months at Package Manager in Unity Editor.

I'm already using PUN 2 free, it works great so I decided to move to 2+ to get aditional CCU at a great price.
PS: for those having issues with the invoice number (like me), contact Unity support, they found mine after a few hours and sent it to me.

Thanks for the nice feedback and also for the tip about the invoice number. It really should be part of Unity's invoice mail.

Hello, it appears I got no invoice number with my purchase. It might be because I bought this asset along with a sound effect pack asset and therefore it doesn't show one? All of my other purchases have an invoice number.
