Hi, thank you for your feedback. Can you please write me on publisher email id about your problem with logs and screenshots if possible then I will help you to resolve that issue.

Downloader.Cancel() does not work on iOS

This asset has been very helpful for numerous projects. That is until I decided to enable cancelling/interrupting downloads. On iOS:
1) I call Downloader.Cancel()
2) Next, I ask if downloader.IsBusy, and yes it is although it should not be(the Cancel() function is faulty on iOS).
3) The downloader just halts when I make a request to download the same file(as it's busy even after I cancel).
I don't think Android has this issue.
Would you be able to help?

If you need to download a file to your app, whether it's PC or Mobile, you have reached the right place. Most important, the developer is awesome! and helped me in many ways to achieve what I needed. Thanks!!!!
note: After downloading files from the internet, you will also need to load them inside your app in order to use them (My solution was "Load File" using playmaker ecosystem) this asset is only for downloading!

Thank you for your honest feedback.
Had a problem with downloading large files above 2gb on Android devices and after contacting the developer I was pointed in the right direct to get it working. For anyone wanting to know. To download files bigger that 2gb on Android you need to set scripting runtime to .Net 4.x and target architecture to ARM64.

Hello,
Please see section 5.i) in documentation.
downloader.Download (<<FILE_URL>>);
- It will download the file in Application.persistantDatapath.

Works more or less effortlessly.
Doesn't run on the main thread, for better performance, but this does make some things a bit convoluted. Thankfully the developer is very fast to respond to queries. This is especially useful as the asset is a compiled to a DLL so a bit of a black box.
Latest release introduces WWW headers which is great for authentication.

I like download in queue feature of the plugin, no memory leaks, fast response of developer.
