This starter kit comes with everything you need - a Prefab menu system including a basic Photon lobby, access to list of current games, ability to join or create games on Photon Servers (with Photon account. Photon PUN is free for up to 20 concurrent users).

3.Options Screen Menu

5.And an Exit Option Panel

Menus are put together as gui panels so you don't have to load multiple scenes..
