Hi, Both the Unity Asset Store lists "Package dependencies" on the top even before displaying the package's description and my own documentation has a big "Dependency Alert" warning. (Also each page tries to guide users to bundle versions to offer a better deal!) Nonetheless, i never refused anyone's request for a refund or try to find a solution that's good for the client. Hi, As stated on the store page and in the documentation(https://bestdocshub.pages.dev/Socket.IO/) the Socket.IO package has a dependency on the Best HTTP and Best WebSockets packages (and they can be bought in a bundle). You have to import these packages first in order to work. If you already imported them, please reach me out on one of the support channels: https://bestdocshub.pages.dev/Shared/support/ To answer your question more directly: it's easier and less error prone updating a package that other packages are depending on then updating all packages. The Best HTTP package is updated more regularly, when it changes, i have to update only that one package, otherwise i would have to update all the other six packages too!

Because of removed files from the BouncyCastle implementation, upgrading from a (much) older version might result in these compile errors. You can delete the \Best HTTP\ folder and import the package again. Tivadar
