Nice tool. Please make an update for the newer versions of unity. this tool is still cool!
Extrude was not working in Unity 2020 because "Alt" Key already used by unity (View mode).
Quick Fix:
SuperCubeEditor.cs: Line 227: Replace "Alt" with "Shift"
if (Event.current.shift && Event.current.control)

Block out levels at maximum speed!

I haven't found a faster way to block out(literally) levels in Unity compared to using SuperCubes/Planes. Once you start using the keyboard shortcuts you can build things really fast.
The ability to apply materials to the different faces of the cubes is great as well as the ability to control the tiling of the materials with each SuperCube/Plane.
You can also change the resolution of the cube/plane at any time making supercube's work perfectly with Vertex painting.
The only caveat is that rotating any of the cubes will cause strange scaling issues, so I never rotate the cubes but this hasn't been an issue for me.
You can use Unity's fbx exporter to export your supercubes level geometry to your 3d application to build your final geometry as well.
This is a great asset! 5 stars from me ^_^

I've tried other expensive building assets that can be tricky & time consuming. this asset was a breeze.
I was also impressed that this came with it's own uv mapping for each face something I would expect a game creating system (Unity) to already have. Perhaps uv scrolling could be built in? A supercube merge feature with material atlas option would be awesome as well. Thanks again :)

Does exactly what you expect it to do, nothing more, nothing less. Perfect for quick prototyping. Use togheter with a mesh combiner script, and you can easily whip out simple models without leaving Unity.
The documentation is so simple it takes you less than 30 seconds to learn how to use Super Cube, which is great!

Building levels

I like it. It does the job. I managed to complete a decent sized enough level in a few hours time. Not sure I like how it handles duplicates; didn't realize you had to force it to be an original mesh at first or modifying the duplicate affects the original. The problem is they don't seem to scale uniformly so you end up with uneven shapes. Undo is a little bit buggy with sometimes not reverting or deleting the supercubes. Also buggy when you create a new shape and it doesn't follow your default snapping. Not so happy with how it handles rotated objects as well, especially planes. If there's a better way to get them to snap, I'm all ears. Last but not least, the most annoying thing was how hard it is to click the face scaling arrow that are in between of the edge scaling cylinders. Almost impossible in fact since selection always defaults to the last icon rather than the one that is in front. All in all, it does its job.
