The Built-in Render Pipeline is Unity’s default render pipeline. It is a general-purpose render pipeline that has limited options for customization. The Universal Render Pipeline (URP) is a Scriptable Render Pipeline that is quick and easy to customize, and lets you create optimized graphics across a wide range of platforms. The High Definition Render Pipeline (HDRP) is a Scriptable Render Pipeline that lets you create cutting-edge, high-fidelity graphics on high-end platforms.

Description
With the free version of Mini Profiler, you can watch frame rate and memory usage at runtime using one of the prefabs inside the project. Just drop one or both of them in your scene and you are good to go.
You'll see the variables on the actual device you're testing, making measurements more accurate and useful.
If you need more features like watch any numeric variable, collapsing and auto-organization of panels, check the Pro version. It's just a few bucks and you'll help me to make more plugins :)
