i want a refund because you didn't provide update

its been 5 days that i put a request for support on your given link but i didn't get any reply. once you resolve my problem i'll update my rating.

I already asked the developer for help but no one seems to be interested to help me. If the support helps me to solve the problem, i will change my star rating. Edit: It works now, thanks to the publisher

I know this isn't the spot to ask for support, but haven't gotten a response after a couple days. Not sure if I can edit this review either the reason I am leaving a 5 star because I don't want to screw the developer with a simple fix. If I can change I will delete this. Awesome pack. One of first purchases I made. Just follow the docs and you'll be on your way. Sample scenes are all available and if ever you get stuck at something, the developer is very active and always there to help.

They don't have handy refund system. And if you are beginner in programming and English, this is not useful and easy.

Can't get it working on android. it's pushing score but just can't get leaderboard ui shows up.

there is a problem about leader board packeges.I load leaderboard packeges after that there is a red line in console.Say me leaderboard manager does not exist. How can i fix it?

I recently purchased this package and have been having an issue with the developers regarding two missing portions in this pack. As mentioned in the description, along with all the Very Simple * assets, there is supposed to be the games 'aa' and 'ab' included as well. I cannot find them and the developers are not able to understand my request either. Edit: The developers actually did contact me and were able to resolve my issues pretty much immediately after writing to them just after submitting the review last time.
