I am writing here because as others have stated, your support email is not currently working. When I send an email to an office365 server I am getting the following error: "Email Failed to Send. 421 4.7.66 SPACETLS 1.0 and 1.1 are not supported." I am assuming this is because SPACETLS 1.0 and 1.1 are out of date as the current TLS version is 1.3. Is it possible to have the TLS updated? Thanks.

Hello, Ive been waiting a week without any response. I'm getting this error without changing anything: TlsException: Handshake failed - error code: UNITYTLS_INTERNAL_ERROR, verify result: UNITYTLS_X509VERIFY_NOT_DONE Unfortuanlty no response so far. EDIT: after one month ...or more... no response and no solution. Can anyone help me out here?

Have an issue with android target sdk 30.

Hi Lenvanthis012, Oh, I'm sorry to hear about the issue delivering to our email. Can you please try using "Send to Email" option in Windows Explorer context menu for any file? Does it open your email app with the attachment alright? Can you please contact us by universal.tools.contact@gmail.com with these details? Please also include the error message you receive when writing to utmail@universal-tools.com, we may have to contact our email hosting provider to resolve the issue. Sorry for this inconvenience. UPDATE: Turns out, the issue was on the side of our domain provider - it has reset required DNS records values at some point. We've fixed it, should be propagated in a few hours. No, I'm afraid WebGL is not supported. Any calls to UTMail API will be ignored in WebGL.

I falsely accused UTMail of not working on Android. There was a problem in my project that is causing a conflict. I tested UTMail in a clean project and it works on an Android device.

Hi jaleopold, It does allow you attaching any files, I/O streams or in-memory binary buffers. The sample just shows attaching some text because it's visual and simple, but the API reference explains how any other kinds of files or data can be attached. Kind Support team, Works well on Android but the guidance is not enough for IOS

I used this for IOS & Android. Android works well. But It doesn't work on IOS. I tested the sample scene too. The button "Compose", "Send" does not work!!!!. I test on Unity2018.2.14f1. I test on Iphone6. What do I need to set or add something for IOS version? It is urgent. please help me. I am waiting now.

failed to configure server

i have low experience with email servers . but when i installed utmail composition , an error message appeared in unity ( The type or namespace name 'Configuration' does not exist in the namespace 'System.Net' ) . also there is another error when i input gmail smtp server configuration ( FormatException: The specified string is not in the form required for an e-mail address. ) please help ....

Hi dahmedsamir, Sorry for such a late reply, I somehow managed to miss out your message. 1. Regarding System.Net.Configuration: can you please send us to utmail@universal-tools.com more details: your target platform, scripting backend and scripting runtime versions. Most likely it's safe to delete this using line altogether in your configuration, but it'd be useful if we could detect it and disable appropriate unrelated code in this case automatically, so knowing your configuration would really help. 2. Regarding that SMTP server message, I'll need more details too: what are all the values you're using and how do you specify them (of course I don't need any of your email account credentials)? What are the repro steps? You can also send it to the email I mentioned above. Best regards, Yuriy, Universal Tools team.
