Abandoned Asset

Hi, I just installed the Plugin on my wordpress site, but nothing is showing or is useable. So I would like to get help with the problem or since I can't used it....a refund! Thank you

The concept of easy to use and saves you a lot of time, as you just need to upload the zip file and change how the player should behave, which is awesome! but in practice it's not working (at least on my end), I've a game set to run on 9:16 aspect ratio and there's no way to make it work, no matter where I set, the game still loads at the default 16:9 :( Also, I'm running by a bug right now that breaks the game when it should first load the scene, it might be a conflict as I'm using a plugin to accelerate the WebGL fps, but still, the game loads just fine on my website if I set it in a regular iframe. I've contacted the creator of the pluing and at first I got a response right away, but for these bugs above I still waiting for a while for his response.

I have worked with this asset for different low-budget startups. And if you are using default configurations in your unity project for 2019 and earlier, this asset works very well. I would strongly recommend this asset for people looking to implement games in their websites without worrying about FTP or web design. However when trying to switch for specific resolutions, trying to upgrade to unity 2020, or if you want to get a little more freedom in your project then you will need to do some research. Unfortunately, there is not a lot of information available, I would like to have some video tutorials, some details on the updates, a webpage with clear indications or something. Fortunately, the developer answers questions through email within a day or two.

Every link to website pages, link to no page, no support. Cannot recommend at all. Would as for a refund but for some reason the seller has to agree to that... so never happens

The developers are always attentive to help with problems that may arise and do what is necessary to fix them.
