Messages don't get through to components as described in the documentation. Only way I could get it working was bypassing the intended way and hooking into the connection class.
It is also heavy on allocations. Mega old repo that wasn't very high quality to begin with. I switched to CoreOSC

Hi,
i tested UniOSC with Unity 2018.3.7 on Windows 64bit and it worked! (Net 4.x and Net 3.5 scripting backend)
It's a bad habit to make such general allegations and leave such bad and unhelpful reviews.
As always:
1. Read the manual
2. Contact the developer
3. Describe your problem and setup
4. Find a solution with the developer
If you still have any problems you can ask for a refund or leave a justified review that helps others.
Thanks
C
I've never used OSC before so I wanted clear directions and fast results..

CodeIsTheAnsweron version Version 1.8
The video demo's on Youtube actually show what you need to make this work. I didn't need to write a SINGLE LINE of code. All I did was set the IP address of my incoming phone and it started working. Just amazing, fast and simple to use.
One CRITICAL tip is if you see nothing when you turn on the trace, then TURN OFF YOUR FIREWALL.
Then I tried it with 2 phones, and that worked easily too. Very cool!
The next thing I'll try is to have my phones as the receiver.
This is a VERY easy to use component and I'm completely satisfied so far.

OSC out to Max7 worked right away.
OSC in worked, except for the toggle function.
I had to comment out this line
//if(!( msg.Data[0] is System.Single))return;
in UniOSCToggle.cs to get the toggles to work.
but now it's working.

CamMerrillon version Version 1.8
Works wonderfully for 5.4.x, but unfortunately seems to be broken for 5.5.+ Unity versions.

Hi Cameron,
you didn't replied to my mail where i describe some possible problem with the wrong platform in your publish settings.
UniOSC runs on Unity 5.5+ !!!
It's not fair to leave such a bad review without trying to find a solution with the developer!
Please get in contact with me.

paulvangervenon previous version Version 1.7.3
Works Great!
With this we easily managed to create a controller (and reciever) to play our app on multiple phones. (For a VR presentation on multiple devices at the same time).

Good support. Nice interface.
Only thing that really bothers is if you pause/unpause your project, the project will be stuck until it has processed all packages received in the pause time ( which can take minutes depending on your pause time ).
