The customer service is absolutely outstanding. They respond on Discord at lightning speed and are incredibly patient with every question. They even went above and beyond by creating small demos to answer my questions without me having to ask. It’s definitely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in an asset store. The asset itself is also very easy to customize and far more powerful than it’s described. The design pattern of the asset is excellent too.

I've used this in a few games already, both 2D and 3D. The setup is simple, the customization options excellent, and the handling of the joystick responsiveness is particularly good, with e.g. return to centre being butter smooth. The author response to some bugs I was encountering when working exclusively with the new input system in my latest project was also outstanding. He enhanced the new input system integration to overcome bugs that can sometimes occur from combining the new input system with the older event system interfaces. Now, if new input system is detected, it avoids using any event system interface callbacks, which helped iron out the input bugs in my latest project in Unity 6.

I had a really bad day trying to fix the Joystick of the New Input System. This asset solved my problem at once. It was really easy to use and customize it for my specific use.

Had this a while when I started learning unity and only recently realised how good it is in term of function and looks its brilliant too.

We emailed the developer when got stuck with some minor issues when using Ultimate Joystick. The problem was actually not even related to the plugin but how Unity3d canvas works. The developer responded very quickly and help us solved the issue. The asset itself is great and saved us a lot of time. 5 stars!
