You won't regret getting this. Just going through the example scenes will teach you all you need to know about using it.

I'm using the Lean Touch plugin and have noticed a constant garbage generation issue. Even when no input is being performed (idle state), the plugin is generating about 2KB or more of garbage per frame, causing frequent GC spikes and stutters. This severely impacts the smoothness of the game. Could you please look into optimizing this and reducing the unnecessary allocations? Thank you!

Poor documentation and incomprehensible examples, it’s faster to do it using built-in Unity tools.
