5/5, but there is a caveat

NipoBoxLtdon previous version 6.5.0
The asset is promising, but when added to an empty project on Unity 6.3 (6000.3.2f1) compilation errors that prevent the project from running. It was checked in the Builtin corvere. I hope to fix the problems, if this asset would be working, fully deserved 5 stars.

Amazing asset that enriches quality of native-app-like game app's UI panel & elements. Performance options are on-ready and works great!! :)

Good with space for improvement

AMac_on previous version 6.5.0
overall it works, and the documentation is pretty solid. The two things that annoy me is that it has multiple root folders, one of which is the creator's name and not the products name.. why not use the standardized Plugin root folder? it'd make organizing the project much easier since other plugins already do this too.

The Plugins folder is a special folder for native plugin, not general assets. The asset have 1 root folder, which you can move anywhere. Different projects use different conventions. There's no standard. The folders inside the root folder are modules to share between different assets. As shader includes need specific file path, not just namespace like c#, folder structure inside the asset's root folder need to be maintained.

I followed the instructions provided by the developer. Everything was very clear. The asset itself is great - performs as promised and has plenty of customization available!

Great solution, might have some compatibility issues with foveated rendering on some VR platforms, however, you will be issued a refund quickly in case it doesn't work for you.

Thank you for the review. Unfortunately the asset doesn't support visionOS as it requires significant investment in term of hardware and also in rewriting all shaders. If you want a refund please contact me.

After having headaches at adding Blur to UI with free solutions, I finally decided to buy a blur asset. I choosed this one when I saw Ror2 :). Adding blurs is not an ordeal anymore. Asset is nice, support is quick, this is better than every each free blur effect that I found. It works perfectly for my case. There are 2 cons, one of them is blur components has visual bugs in scene view, but this is not a problem for me since its scene view only. And blur component doesn't render the other UI elements behind it (for the most cases), at first I disliked this but it gives the menus different taste, I can't tell if this is good or bad. 4.8/5

Thanks for your kind words! Translucent Image blur in batch to achieve the best performance, which is why it does not blur interleaving UIs. This is the same way most blur effect work in most OSes. Blurring UIs can be achieved with a different canvas. Take a look at the documentation for more details.
