Sorry I would give 0 stars but it's not allowed. Does not support Text Mesh Pro and there are unanswered questions on the forums since 2019. Unity should be removing these dead assets off the store.

I was dreading all the tedious busywork to create a pixel font using Unity's custom fonts. Thanks to this asset and Shoebox I was able to perfectly setup my fonts without much effort. Aside from a bit of manual tweaking on Shoebox's side it was almost plug and play.

This was a great purchase, saved me tons of time. I had something working in about 5 minutes, and had everything tweaked and perfect in about a half hour. Just be aware you'll have to think carfully about creating and cutting your spritesheet, and editing all of your pivots logically. The first time I tried, some letters like j and q would be floating up level with the rest of the letters, rather than hanging beneath the line. You can correct this by editing the pivot of each sprite. Also, make sure you actually have enough sprites on your spritesheet for all of the characters you're trying to create, or you may get an "out of range" error. It makes sense though, if you've only got 3 sprites, and are trying to create 26 letters, it can't do it. This tool makes it really easy to use my Shoebox sprite fonts with the existing Unity UI. I think this tool is perfect for people wanting to use sprite fonts. The only issues that I have are that the vertical alignment is a bit too high (which could be an issue with how I exported it from Shoebox). And scaling via FontSize isn't supported (but scaling via Transform works and still looks great).

Didn't let me down. Great and simple! But please know that it won't make your textboxes animate or something like that. You just can use custom fonts. I don't know, several colleagues thought that was the point of this plugin. EDIT: This is a really great tool.

This tool allowed me to custom create my own fonts exactly as I want, pixel perfect. Creating a custom font front my own sprite sheet along with the functional pairing with Shoebox (a free tool), make this plugin worth it for anyone struggling to find just the right font.

I was wasting time using the provided custom sprite generator (which has outdated documentation) and then a ray of light came down the skies and compelled me to search for a better solution. Pay 14.99 once, save HOURS of work.
