There's a couple of assets for optimizing scroll views that I have tried, but this one is the best BY FAR. It is the most complete, universal, and adaptable, and has years of development behind it. The developer is also very active on the Discord. I use this asset for many use cases - image gallery, lists, data tables, messages, dashboard data etc. I'm barely scratching the surface of what this asset can do, but I am very happy with how well it handles and simplifies large data sets of all different kinds. You will need to have a decent grasp on programming. That is not a bad thing, because you can do so much with it. For more advanced users, there's everything you could need in it, but for novice users, it is not very difficult to use and there's plenty of examples and documentation for this asset. The code is also VERY well commented, it basically walks you through everything you need to do to get it integrated without even needing the documentation. It is very quick to set up and use. I'll go a step further, the complexity of this asset is a huge bonus for it because you can do so much with it. The grid and table views are fantastic. You'll need to learn to use it and not expect it or the dev to hold your hand the whole way, just like any asset like it. Having used other similar assets, I don't know how this asset could not be useful in any use cases that are not just user error, because again, it's the most adaptable/well-rounded of all of the similar assets on the store, nothing else compares. I only wish I tried this asset before buying a bunch of other ones first, I have no reason to use any of the other optimized scroll assets I have purchased. And given this asset's track record, I have no reason to believe I'll be using anything other than this asset for years to come. TLDR; Great asset, feature-packed, very stable, active developer/support, most advanced/well rounded of all competing assets. Negative reviews are almost all user error/not learning from the extensive list of demo scenes and documentation.

this asset has an incredible amount of functionality to offer. I guess you can create everything with it from image gallery, to responsive layouts. So the price is kind of justified. However the setup is extremly time consuming, compared to other recycling views. Prepare for a few hours of learning what's going on, and looking at helpful errors that tell you what you set up wrong in your scene. But the documentation and demos are there to help you!

It does what it suppose to do, and does it very well. Not to mention you will have a grid view implementation bundled with the asset. The only obstacle in your way would be learning to use it... as it offers so many possibilities, it can be overwhelming at first. The setup wizard can get simple things done rather quickly, but when it comes to a use case where you need to consult the examples (the examples covers most of the common use cases), it can take you some time. In the end it will pay off though.

Script generator makes implementing OSA to any system very easy. It is very nicely documented and covers almost everything it promises.

There is an issue with 2022.3.10 LTS shutting down the game when building Android. I've been using it well, but the problem is serious when it comes to game development. Please check.

While this is not for the beginners who have never done any C#, this is an extremely well made optimized scroll view with TONS of options! It allows to dynamically load any type of data and assign it on the fly for any type of horizontal, vertical or grid view. We used it in our game to load a 700mb image gallery and it works amazingly well.

I own some scroll assets from the store, but in each my game now I use only this. It is perfomant, easy-to-use and easy-to-understand. Also support through discord is great. I do recommend this asset for anyone, who wants fast and nice scroll for project.

Please add a param for SmoothScrollTo, to control the direction to scroll in a "LoopItems Scroll" for example: in a looped page view has 10 items. when the current item is 8, I need SmoothScrollTo "item 1". The current scroll direction is 8 => 7 => 6 => ... => 1, But I want the scroll direction is 8 => 9 => 0 => 1 !

Took only a few hours but got it replacing an existing grid scrollview fully... and so far way better performance than having 1000 game objects in a list.
